My name is Lisett Marquez and I reside in Arizona. I take a trauma-informed, person-centered, compassionate approach to my work and join my clients in their healing through empowerment and provision of reparative experiences. I have been a social worker for over 14 years and find great joy in helping others. I have a passion for helping people who have experienced trauma and struggle with depression and anxiety. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and have a working knowledge of Internal Family Systems (IFS). I also utilize a Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT) informed approach in my work. I am highly experienced and well educated on the inner workings of the child welfare system and the foster care system.

I am dedicated to meeting my clients where they are and enhancing their overall emotional wellness. I have experience in individual, group, and family therapy. Losing the sense of control and safety are normal effects of trauma; however, this can be regained. I have successfully helped many Clients process painful experiences and witnessed them not only survive, but thrive! I look forward to connecting with you.

I am a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Social Worker with over 14 years of experience in the social work field. In addition to my Master in Social Work, I obtained a graduate certificate in Trauma. My background has equipped me with the skills to help people navigate crisis situations with empathy and care. I am dedicated to being a reliable source of support, offering guidance and encouragement during difficult times.

I have experience working with children and adults with a passion for working with postpartum women. I have experience working with postpartum women as well as parents experiencing the challenges of the NICU and having a child with special needs. I am knowledgeable of the child welfare system and challenges faced by parents and children affected by abuse and neglect. I look forward to connecting with you!

Cam Cameron, LMSW

Licensed Master Social Worker

Whether it's daily life stressors, trauma, relationship difficulties, suicidal ideation, or the other difficulties, I am here to connect and help. People with gender/ sexual/ relationship minority identities can feel comfortable reaching out to me. Much of my nine years of professional experience is in the field of domestic and sexual violence, working both with people who have experienced these things as well as those who have used this type of harmful behavior in relationships. My interest as a professional is to help my clients take responsibility for their own healing as well as their own misdirected/ harmful behaviors.

In my approach to therapy, I value emotionally focused and experiential activities, as well as using elements from DBT, CBT, Gestalt, and Jung to help clients in their daily lives. I am also an EMDRIA trained EMDR therapist. I also highly value mindfulness as a way to navigate our feelings and experiences- including physical pain.

All of us will experience hardship in its various forms throughout life. Sometimes our distress is at a level we can manage with our existing supports and coping skills. I know that this step is not always easy, but it is so brave to seek therapy and you should be proud of yourself. We all know that life can be tough and throw all types of curveballs at us that can lead to feeling lonely, guilt/shame, depressed, anxious, angry, really all the feelings. I am here for ALL the feelings. I’m an empathetic and compassionate therapist who has been working with individuals for the past 7 years.

My passion is working with adolescents, adults, and families. I utilize an open, non-judgmental approach and encourage my clients to explore and utilize their own strengths to reach their full potential. I believe that therapy is a collaborative effort, and I will always meet my clients where they are and help them find hope in their healing journey.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have experience in individual, group, and family therapy with clients 12+/ no couples. I have a background working with children and adolescents who have experienced trauma, abuse, and neglect.

Sliding scale: applies if you may be eligible (limited spots may be available)

Fees are due at the beginning of each session and may be paid by credit card.

A 24 hour notice is required to re-schedule or cancel an appointment. A $100 fee will be charged for a missed session if the therapist is not notified according to the 24 hour requirement.
